Not satisfied with the results? Don't see any improvement in your skin? Or does the product just not feel right?
No problem. Contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll give you a full refund. No tough questions. No fine print.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@scrbcare.com. Please note that the return label is at your own expense. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service department.

If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return shipment has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return shipment and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund has been approved, it will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.
