At SCRB, we do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the information about our delivery terms.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to track your package.
Please note that delays can occur due to external factors, such as customs clearance or extreme weather conditions.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address you provided, we will contact you to verify the address. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we offer the option of reshipping it for an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Package
